The object of study is the ideological and philosophical potency phenomenon in the new teacher training educator under multivector transformational changes in Ukrainian society. Proved heuristic nonlinear thinking for the modern teacher, which is found in: 1) understanding the educational space as interactive interaction of the learning process, self-worth which supports innovative, creative personality, 2) away from the formative approach in the educational process in favor samostanovlennya, samovybudovuvannya, samostrukturuvannya personality, 3) refocusing the role of the teacher in the educational process, and 4) understanding of the subjects of the educational process as nomadic systems, 5) rethinking methodological principles and content of educational material that provides a departure from the methodological monism, innovation and authorship in teaching subjects, 6 ) using innovative methods, which are based on the idea of non-linearity, complexity, mozhlyvisnosti, variability, 7) view the role of textbooks as a textbook, tutorial, organizer of the learning process for all participants;Formulated possible redefinition of the purpose of education as a result of correlation study of modern educational ideal, the goal of education set out in the national pedagogy and educational documents and strategies thinking individual new teacher on modern philosophical and educational concepts;Were further developed the idea of resolving disputes classical educational paradigm: between a focus on human development and narrow specialization; declared between law and social constraints to obtain qualitative knowledge; between system-social function and role of education as a form of training, the specifics are at different stages development of a society-wide social factors determine who accumulate a conceptual synthesis of educational ideas, values, education, institutional, fundamental characteristics of education, which also form the philosophical and educational paradigm of an era.
