According to the results of the analysis of the state of the main trends of employment of villagers, outlined new conceptual approaches to increase employment and reduce the unemployment rate of the rural population in the functioning of the land market: prepare proposals for improving the investment climate in the agricultural and non-agricultural areas and increasing employment in rural areas, to develop proposals for improving the structure of agricultural production, the creation of jobs in the agricultural sector in the emerging land market, offer for Ukrainian legislation on rural employment.
