The results of research are: the development of proposals to the criminal law and criminal procedure law in the fight against corruption; the theoretical justification of the capacity of bodies of inquiry, bodies of pre-trial investigation and the prosecutor to fight corruption; the theoretical basis of authority of these bodies, forms and limits of their interoperability and relationships with bodies of judicial authority; the development of proposals for criminal procedure, measures to improve the activities of the criminal justice system; minimization of сorruption risks at reformation of the separate articles of current criminal legislation, and also at special program of anticorruption orientation development both at the level of the state on the whole and at regional level; analysis of monitoring methods evaluation of level of corruption, aspects of criminology and criminal-law of counteraction a corruption; research of the most effective international practices of counteraction corruption offences; development of practical recommendations is for public and non-state organs, directed on diminishing of displays of corruption; forming of separate criminalistics methodologies in relation to opening and investigation of corruption crimes and suggestion of the most effective receptions, methods and facilities sent to the increase of efficiency of inquisitional activity.5481
