he work is devoted to the study of clinical, laboratory, social and epidemiological criteria of prognosis of HIV infection course and response to HAART of HIV-infected and those with AIDS. The research is performed with the goal of increasing the efficacy of HAART in the following directions: immune-genetic, virusological factors, co-infection influence, compliance with therapy and others, which will allow proposing highly effective methods of monitoring and treatment of HIV infection. Socially significant is the study of directions of the work to decrease the morbidity and mortality incidence from the diseases caused by HIV/AIDS.
