Objective: To identify the main conceptual approaches to psychological and educational support for children with visual impairments early age, scientific and methodological basis of content updates preschool education for children with visual impairments. Methods: Theoretical: Analysis of theoretical sources; empirical: teacher observation, investigation and analysis of teaching experience educational, correctional and developmental and medical work, questionnaires, psycho, pedagogical experiment, the quantitative and qualitative analysis, statistical processing of the results. Results: the conceptual approaches to implementing educational content for children with visual impairments, are reflected in the trained concepts: The concept of psycho-pedagogical support children with profound visual impairment early age (from 0 to 3 years old), which sets out the basic conceptual approaches of early care for children with visual impairments, aimed at providing scientific and methodological support for this category of children. The concept of the content of preschool education for children with visual impairments, which reveals the main provisions of the competency approach that can solve the problem of content updates and preschool learning, content and compliance requirements for the educational progress of preschool children with visual impairments of cognitive and visual abilities, forms of organization and application special methods and techniques of educational and correctional and developing work, the use of Blind during preschool. According to the results of theoretical and methodological analysis of the current state of teaching children blind and with low vision and conducted empirical state requirements for instructional content, the main direction of correctional and developmental work and outlines remedial developmental line training process, which is reflected in the State Standard primary education for children with special educational needs (blind and with low vision). Also presented innovations were identified based on the cognitive abilities of children, characteristics of alternative formats of presentation of teaching material. Defined scientific and methodological basis and update the content of pre-school children with severe visual impairment, based on which a program of blind children from birth to 6 years. Outlined psychological principles study of preschool children with low vision by the statement of principles of psychological support and psycho-pedagogical principles of psychological support preschool children with low vision, scientific necessity and feasibility of malicious interference with the complex inner world of the child, the development of which weighed visual defect. The theoretical study of the problem of formation and development of spatial representations in preschoolers with profound visual impairment and synthesis of materials for the study of practical experience in the organization of correctional education process skills of spatial orientation.
