Purpose - to create energy-efficient high-performance welding materials with improved environmental performance for the welding of HSLA steels. Methods of research - metallurgical and physico-chemical studies, numerical modeling, computer prediction, experimental validation of the results of basic research.Results and novelty - proedstavlenie developed on the effect of hydrogen on the development prochessov brittle alloy of iron, place a numerical simulation and a computer program to calculate the effect of hydrogen, depending on the welding parameters on the propensity of welded joints to brittle fracture and and to predict the size, content and chemical composition of non-metallic inclusions, which are formed in the metal joints at arc welding methods.
