The object of the research is vocational and educational training and improvement of pedagogical skills of teachers of the university. The aim of the research was to identify patterns and justification of organizational and psycho-pedagogical conditions and means of formation of a technological culture of the modern university teacher as more important component of the pedagogical skills. It has been suggested that training of a teacher to use modern technology of pedagogical education at the stage of studying to master and in the first years of teaching activity promotes its modernization. It is possible if : the unity of theoretical and practical training is realizing; if there are purposefully forming emotional and positive attitude of the teacher to modern technology of pedagogical education, motivation to use various teaching techniques, attempts to continuous improvement of own pedagogical skills through enrichment technology knowledge and skills and its practical implementation, if a first successful experience during internship is acquiring and accumulating; the processes of taking facilitator position and acquisition professionally significant qualities of the teacher are activated. The 16 teachers, 10 graduate students, 250 full-time and distance learning masters took part in the experimental study on its various stages. We used the following methods as: theoretical: the analysis of scientific and educational and methodological works with research problems; compilation of best teaching experience on the issue of formation of technological culture of the future teacher; analysis of the stages of development of technological approach; understanding the experience of World Education to identify ways the creative use of productive ideas in shaping the technological culture of future teachers of educational institutions of Ukraine; empirical: pedagogical observation, questioning, studying creative works and scientific works of masters; studying of curricula and programs of master's training; studying of teaching experience of organization of vocational and educational training of future teachers in the domestic institutions of high education; ascertaining and formative experiment. The studies found that the problem of the forming of technological culture of the modern teacher as a part of his pedagogical skills acquires relevance in terms of European integration, the formation of new attractive international image of Ukraine, providing of European quality of education. It was found that the technological culture of the University teacher is an important prerequisite for achieving high-quality of teaching activity and modernization of high pedagogical education as a whole. It was determined that technological culture is an important indicator of the effective implementation of vocational and educational activities in technologizing of education. Technological culture of a teacher is such a general characteristic of his personality that reflects the ability to carry out professional activity aggressively and successfully in combination with an effective interaction with other people. It characterizes the creative professional activity of the teacher, namely a set of technological knowledge and skills which perfect provide this. It was found that the formation of the technological culture of the future teacher as a part of his pedagogical skills can be achieved as a result of purposeful and systematic development of its constituents. Technological culture consists of 3 interrelated components as: motivation (motivation to acquirement the technological culture), contextual (self-sufficient of knowledge in the theory and practice of technological approach in a pedagogical education), operational (possession of skills and abilities of technological and pedagogical activity). The criteria of formation technological culture of future university teachers were justified : general orientatition on educational activities which is expressed in the system of clearly defined motives and objectives; nature of general pedagogical and methodological knowledge of the theory and practice of technological approach in education which is reflected in the degree of mastery of content, structure, methods, mechanism realization of pedagogical education technologies possession of skills and abilities of technological pedagogical activity which is expressed in independent reasonable choice of technologies of pedagogical education during the internship. The levels of formedness of technological culture are determined : low, medium and high. The technique of its diagnosing was developed. The analysis of existing educational practices of the University found the lack of systematic work of the future teacher's technological culture as a part of the pedagogical skills. Results of the primary experiment showed that in conditions of traditionally organized educational space of the university teaching skills have predominantly low rates. Therefore, pedagogical training of future teachers needs some changes in order to form their technological culture as a component of teacher's skills. It is proved that the necessary organizational and pedagogical conditions of the forming technological culture of the future teacher are: " to change priorities in determining the concept of vocational and psychological and pedagogical training in MA course in a modern university, its humanization, technologization and personalization; " to enrich goals, objectives, content and structure of vocational and psychological and pedagogical training in MA course with a focus on civilizational values and European standards in pedagogical education; " to introduct in the content Masters training within the disciplines "Pedagogy of Higher Education" and "Higher School of Ukraine and the Bologna Process" the system of concepts related to the technological aspects of teaching; " the development the program content and methods of teaching in the course "Technology Education", putting it in the curricula of training undergraduates (with a specific specialty); " to implement technological nature (different levels) tasks into the structure of training undergraduates; " to applicate modern technology: modular training, ratings of knowledge, research technology, educational design, technology and group work, interactive, information and communication, creating situations for success, selfeducation and selfdevelopment and others for Master training; " to implement the principle of individualization and differentiation of educational training and personal ideas, subject-oriented approaches in teaching practice; " undergraduates study of innovative teacher's experience according to technologizing learning: individualization of learning process, research work in scientific laboratories, creating projects, organizing and conducting professional direction competitions, shaping information culture, culture of communication and selfdevelopment, usage of museum and educational environment and others during the internship experience. According to the results of the theoretical analysis of the problem and konstatuvalnoho experiment the model of forming technological culture of the future teacher as part of the pedagogical skills was designed. The proposed model reflects the functional and structural relations between its components. 3 main tasks of forming a technological culture were allocated, they are: the development undergraduates interest and motivation for the formation of technological culture, the improving psychological and pedagogical knowledge about the technological aspect of teaching (system of concepts concerning technological approaches, experiment with faculty members, modern technology pedagogical content education), the formation of personal qualities and skills which are necessary for the development of technological culture. According to analysis and synthesis of research was found that effective means of shaping the technological culture of the future teacher is the usage of oriented personality undergraduates forms and methods of curricular and extracurricular work, interactive debates, workshops, creative projects, competitions, research and group work in problem groups, information and communication conferences, performance of creative tasks aimed at acquiring subjective experience in technological and educational activities. It was experimentally proved that reasonable conditions of the technological culture of the future teachers are able to influence effectively on the components of technological culture. This suggests to predict pedagogical conditions of forming the technological culture as a component pedagogical skills during the targeted mass embedded in their educational process of universities. The results are important for the creation of an integrated system and the relevant guidelines aimed at improving the efficiency both a master training and an advanced training of young teachers in modern university. Selected indicators, factors, conditions of training are able to manage purposefully and consciously this process at the stage of training in master's and professional selfeducation of the young teacher. This study does not cover all aspects of the formation of the technological culture of the future teacher. Further scientific exploration will consist of the focused practical implementation of theoretically grounded conditions, including the implementation of the learning process master training developed special course "Technology Education", changes in the content and methods of teaching educational courses, organization of teacher training at the technological basis.
