The research object - the process of teenagers' world outlook formation. The research subject - pedagogical conditions of teenagers' world outlook formation in children organizations. The research methods: Theoretical: analysis of scientific sources on the research theme; system structural and comparative analysis; predictive methods; education experience generalization; analysis and systematization of the experiment results; classification; Empirical: pedagogical observation (observation without interfering, children behavior observation in specially modeled situations), oral and written questioning (conversation, interview, poll, tests, method of experts evaluation), study of the documentation of children public organizations under research (activity programs, education measures, achievement portfolio) aimed at defining the needs of the pupils of children organizations, their social expectations, the realization of social work in society. The research theoretical importance: scientific and methodic literature on the research theme is analyzed; the main concepts of the theme are identified and interpreted; pedagogical conditions for optimization of teenagers' world outlook formation in children associations are defined; the directions, principles of public organizations' educational activities are characterized; the peculiarities of children education in the public organizations under research and the potential of educational process are analyzed; the peculiarities of interaction of children public organizations and other social institutions are analyzed; the criteria, indices, types and levels of the phenomena under research are specified. The research practical importance: the development and implementation of: the variation-module program "A Teenager and the World: world outlook", which is composed of the subject variation modules (structural and functional units): "I am in the World", "A Teenager and "I"-image", "A Teenager and Other People", "A Teenager and Nature"; forms and methods of teenagers' world outlook formation. The research practical importance is in the possibility of its conclusions, recommendations and elaborations introduction into the educational process of children associations. The research results can be implemented into: the educational process of children public associations, the educational process of training and re-training of social teachers/workers. The research materials can be used as scientific and methodic provision of educational process by deputy directors on upbringing, form master, teachers; in the activities of public organizations for optimizing the educational process, in development of special education courses at higher educational establishments, institutes of postgraduate education. The research social importance is in accentuating the society significance of children public associations as subjects of social education; in actualization of the education potential of children public organizations in training conscious and competitive persons that are able to manifest their active role and responsible position in social life of the society and the country; in improvement of scientific and methodic provision of children public organizations activities, their social functions realization, namely: education of a moral and cultured person, a conscious citizen; assistance in the social maturity of teenagers, creation of conditions for intellectual, physical and cultural development of the person. The result of this scientific research work is a number of printed materials, namely "The Formation of the Person's Value Attitude Towards Other People in Children Associations", "The Formation of the Person's Value Attitudes Towards Society in Children Associations", "The Formation of the Person's Value Attitudes Towards Oneself in Children Associations", "The Peculiarities of Formation of the Person's World Outlook Under Conditions of Children Associations". The research novelty: for the first time the conceptual principles of teenagers' world outlook formation are substantiated, namely: methodological approaches to the process under research, a model of the world outlook formation is developed, in which the principles, components, criteria and indices, levels of teenagers' world outlook maturity are defined and substantiated; pedagogical conditions for teenagers' world outlook effective formation are determined; the content and technological provision of the process is characterized; the essence of the concept "the world outlook" is specified; forms and methods of the world outlook's different aspects formation under conditions of children associations are elaborated.
