There have been developed methods of medical treatment during the postoperative stage. The effectiveness of these methods for decreasing number of diseases relapses depending on clinical and immunological features of the disease was proved. There were also substantiated peculiarities of pharyngotympanic tube inflammation in children of different age groups. The new diagnosis and therapeutic methods leading to the treatment optimization and reducing morbidity rate in the children with pharyngotympanic tube inflammation were developed.
