It was found that exogenously introduced melatonin, dosed hypoxia and hyperoxia significantly change the reactivity of connective tissue. The nature and degree of changes depend on the duration and mode of artificial gas mixture breathing, the degree of hypo - and hyperoxia severity and animals' age. It was shown that melatonin and intermittent normobaric hypoxia more effectively activate the reactivity of connective tissue.
