The model of water management balance based on scheme of water management districts of Southern Bug (Booh) river basin are developed. Information about water management areas of the Southern Bug river basin which necessary for calculate the balance of water management are systematized. The calculation of the water management balances for water management areas at different basin water availability are implemented. Thanks to the developed and identified models are expected to ensure optimization of this balance and improve efficiency its calculation.
