The object of research - medical control during performance of improving and sports trainings, process of physical rehabilitation. The work purpose - optimization of medical criteria of medical control at improving and sports trainings, working out and optimization of methods of physical rehabilitation at rehabilitative treatment. Research methods - somatoscopy, questioning, anthropometry, goniometry, the estimation of a condition of respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous systems, definition of variability of a cardiac rhythm, cefalography, ultrasound research in rest and during physical activity, Holter monitoring of a cardiac rhythm, x-ray, a computer tomography, myography, biochemical, definition of physical working capacity, psychological researches, statistical processing of results of research. Medical criteria of medical control are developed and scientifically proved during improving and sports trainings of different intensity, and also at physical rehabilitation. It is proved that improvement of quality of medical control will provide individual dispensing of physical activities taking into account features of a functional condition of an organism, achievement of high sports results without negative consequences, will allow to improve level of physical health of the person, and also to accelerate working capacity restoration at diseases. Results of research work are introduced in educational process of higher educational institutions and activity of treatment-prophylactic establishments of 5 areas of Ukraine (Dnepropetrovsk, Kherson, Odessa, Zaporozhye, Donetsk).
