Actuality of range problems of research is stipulated by the necessity of research of models of civilization development with taking into account not only technological, institutional, economic, but also political and, even view-religious innovativeness. The ground of principles of stadial evolutional of separate countries and geopolitical regions requires complex approaches, going out cooperation and interpretation of basic spheres of public life, with taking into account of possible passing ahead development each of them depending on the concrete "calls" of world history. Development of prognoses of structural-civilization development of the multiarctic world in the context of determination of mechanisms of geopolitical strategy of Ukraine is necessary pre-condition for the construction of effective model of the Ukrainian foreign policy and international economic collaboration.
