Organism's life depends on this process, the regulation of which occurs at all levels, namely at the level of transcription of mRNA splicing, translation ( initiation, elongation, termination), the stability of proteins and their after-translational modifications. The main goal of the research was to determine the molecular mechanisms of realization of genetic information at the level of transcription regulation process investigation (including genetic and epigenetic changes in DNA), transmission and signaling status of the cell in health and disease. It was necessary to clarify a number of issues on this way, including: - Molecular mechanisms of RNA- dependent post- transfer correction by leucyl -tRNA synthetases prokaryotes and archaea and mechanisms of pre- transfer correction by leucyl -tRNA synthetases . - The role and molecular mechanisms of action of different isoforms of ribosomal protein kinase S6 - S6K1, S6K1d15, S6K2 on the state of RI3K dependent signaling cascade in the regulation of mRNA translation. - Explanation of the spatial structure of the complex translation elongation factor 1A2 with HDF using crystallographic analysis. - Elucidation of the molecular mechanisms of complex formation of small GTPase RhoU adaptive intersectin protein 1 (ITSN1), associated with Alzheimer's disease and Down syndrome, which determines the effect of the interactions of RhoU ITSN1 on their subcellular localization and constitutive endocytosis.
