Considered are heterostructures based on monolayer and two-layer graphen, alpha-graphines and films of topological insulators.The transition temperatures for these systems are calculated. High temperatures of superconducting transition are found to be achieved by selecting the parameters corresponding to the boundary of strong bonding between electrons and holes in the pairs.
