Scientific novelty aspects of the formalization of the structure represented by the enterprise, the process of formation and transformation of material cost in the form of dynamic prediction methodology cost containing multiple logical- conceptual model, the structure of dynamic models forecast the cost of production and methods of identification of these models for a particular company . Scientific novelty presented physical, economic and formal statements of planning and operational management. The practical significance is that information technology DSS implemented on a distributed computer network, allowing you to control and make decisions at every level intercomputer volume of information. Methodological approach has enabled to carry out the synthesis of control systems in the cost of production problems portfolio acquisition , planning and operational planning, production planning schedule of preventive maintenance for processing enterprises with a serial or mass character of production. In addition, the practical significance of the work lies in the possibility to calculate targets of the company for the season, to carry out the strategic forecast of the gross output of the season for both SP "Artyomsolt", and for its mines and to make tactical decisions forecast of monthly activity.
