Object: 60 pathients withe thrombosis and an increased risk of thrombosis. Methods: haemothological, hemostasiological, biochemistry, instrumrntal, statistics. As a result of the research in pathients withe thrombotic complications revealed hight level of markers of metabolic intoxication and activation of free radical oxidation of lipids. It is established that treatment with arginine and omega 3 allows to improve the results of antithrombotic prophylaxis.
