The object of research is the scientific basis for the formation of integrated ecological - economic systems on the basis of institutional mechanisms. The subject of the study is ecological - economic relations arising between the parties to the integrated management of the transition to sustainable development. Developed comprehensive integrated strategic approaches to the management of the development of ecological and economic systems , based on consideration of the influence of environment-related externalities on businesses . Substantiated the concept of institutional mechanisms integrated complex " economy - society - environment " for the purpose of dematerialization of economic systems.
