Object of study is obligatory state social insurance and individual species, improve the efficiency of their formation and use rationale for introducing compulsory state social health insurance; thing - approaches to improving the economic and social efficiency of state social insurance and its components by developing the economic model for determining the size of a single sound social contribution, background and ways of introduction of compulsory state social health insurance. Research methods - analytical, logical and information, comparative statistical analysis, scenario development, multivariate prediction, expert assessments. Research results will be used by the Department for the integrated analysis of the socio - economic trends and to identify ways to reduce the burden on wage fund, improving systems of compulsory state social insurance and pension insurance, in order to fulfill the tasks defined in the section "The reform of the pension insurance" and "health care reform" Program economic reforms for 2010-2014 year.
