Methodology of construction of architecture of microprocessor realization of the systems of orientation and stabilizing of nanosatellite is worked out as systems on a crystal taking into account a limit on a watts-in and necessity of providing of the set exactness of functioning of the system. The structure of satellite-device which shows by itself integration on the basis of microcontroller with the kernel of Cortex- m3. The algorithms of determination of spatial orientation of nanosatellite are worked out on the basis of the use of quaternions and robust methods of evaluation of orientation. The prototyping of orientation and stabilizing of nanosatellite system is worked out as a system on a crystal and a semi-natural design is confirm the worked out methods and approaches.
