The object of this study is control over concentration of economic entities. Through the study identified the essence of concentration and considered the national practice of control over concentration by bodies of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. It is investigated the aspects of antitrust merger control in some foreign countries (France, Poland, and the Republic of Kazakhstan). It is analyzed an international criteria for determining the level of concentration and generated proposals for methodological approach of authorization concentration of economic entities in Ukraine.
