Conducting research aimed at scientific and methodological study of organizational and economic principles of ecological conflict resolution (EC) both nationally and internationally. In this work the background and origins of the EC in the current system of nature, their natural resources and environmental nature, the analysis of conflict potential socio-economic systems defined structure of EC, based on studies of socio-ecological-economic contradictions and problems typology of EC resources consumering the formed and held its structuring conflict factors, defines the key elements of organizational, economic and legal instruments of EC regulation; explored feedback mechanisms in the economic and environmental controversy as an example of ricochet effect and proposed key principles of ecologically oriented corporate governance as a tool for solving economic and environmental differences.
