The purpose can be obtained only by neoangiogenesis process comparison in experimental models: animals with MSC transplantation and animals with aseptic inflammation by the autologous blood transplantation (other method of indirect revascularization). Functional parameters of animal limbs and laser Doppler flowmeter results were analyzed. Also histochemical and immunohistochemical studies were performed. Experimental results showed that intramuscular MSC transplantation is the best treatment method for function and blood circulation improvement, fibrous changes decrease and newformed vessels increase in rat's limbs with stimulated chronic lower limb ischemia.
