Object of research is the open-top wagons, models 12-9933, 12-9933-01 manufactured by OJSC "Diesels plant"(Krivoy Rog). Purpose of work is the experimental investigation of strength, brake properties, geometry characteristics of open-top wagon design, model 12-9933, 12-9933-01 for compliance of obtained values with standards and specifications. This report includes the experimental tests results of strength, brake properties, geometry characteristics of open-top wagons, model 12-9933, 12-9933-01 and conclusion on their conformity with standards and specifications. Research results are used for serial pre-production of open-top wagons, models 12-9933, 12-9933-01.
