A research object is build constructions, buildings and buildings. A purpose of work is development of theoretical grounds of determination of remaining resource of objects of the protracted exploitation in corrosive environments for introduction of calculations on an inoxidizability and longevity on the requirements of method of the maximum states. A research method is theoretical and experimental researches of work of build constructions in the process of exploitation, and also during a reconstruction. Basic results are an improvement of normative base in building, increase on the enterprises of management of technological safety in corrosive environments, development of organizational measures of and corrosion protection. The results of NIR are inculcated in the process of "PSTU".
