Mathematical models based on the use of Monte Carlo (program SPURT.CRIS) and solving the diffusion equations (program RADI-DIFUS.SL).With the help of software systems and SPURT.CRIS CALCMULT received the initial spatial profiles of primary defect formation irradiated materials, namely, the distribution profiles of implanted ions, vacancies and interstitials of film material. Detailed study of the behavior of the obtained profiles as a function of the angle of incidence of the incident ions (ions with energies E = 0,5-2,0 keV) to determine the optimal values of the angles of incidence at which the maximum concentration of primary defects in the irradiated film.
