NDR is related to the leadthrough of scientific analysis of application of GIS of technologies for development of projects of the territorial planning and management development of territories. The purpose of the second stage of work is preparation of materials for the previous feasability study of constituents of project "City of the future" within the limits of territories of "Intermedicalecocity" and "Kyiv of Network". To carry out a market which foresees collection and generalization of materials of international experience at creation of centers of business activity and medical rehabilitation cities analysis (townships); comparison of international experience of realization of analogical projects, analysis of pre-conditions and stage of realization of analogical projects; study of public policy of Ukraine in relation to realization of constituents "Kyiv of Network" and "Intermedicalecocity", analysis of application of legislative and normative base, including technical norms and standards; determination of the expected effects from realization of constituents of project analysis of obstacles.
