The object of research - production and technological processes of manufacturing of heavy engineering produces. The subject of research - special methods of processing, the system software of technological processes, methods of modeling and optimization of technological operations and processes of manufacture of heavy engineering products. The object of research - the development of scientific and practical recommendations for increase of efficacy of the new technological processes and operations of heavy engineering. Novelty - complex approach to the use of innovative technologies in the methods of system design of operations and processes of heavy engineering; the identification and the effective use of new special processing methods and principles of creation of the technological systems. Efficiency: improvement of the quality performances of the complex application of energy-saving technological operations and processes through research of new technological recommendations for expansion of the range of materials of used work pieces, cutting tools and organizational components of the technological operations, including - due to the synergy of technological solutions. Research results are proposed for implementation in the educational process, and also (through publications and presentations at scientific and scientific-methodical conferences) to test in other technical Universities and the leading machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
