The object of study - is a metalproducts: sheet of low-alloyed steels, high-alloyed cast irons castings. The purpose of the work - an improving of the quality of metalproducts by heat treatment and chemical-heat treatment. Methods of research - metallographic, standard mechanical properties testing. In the first section the effect of heat treatment mode on mechanical properties of rolled sheet steel 06ГБД is analyzed. The second section presents the results of the study the kinetics of structure forming in high-Cr cast iron at temperature below A1. The third section is dedicated to investigation of kinetics and morphology of bainite in steel 40ХНМ. In the fourth section the influence of the austenization temperature on grain size in steels for pipelines is investigated. In the fifth section the data the wear resistance on steels 50Г and 25 after carburizing are presented.
