Neutron radiation intensity was determined at the places of location of neutron flux detectors; the quantitative values of "Photonis" detectors reliability were obtained. Obtained results shows significant increasing of the reliability of detectors used in new types of Automatic Control of Neutron Flux, resulting in extending the system life time. To determine the neutron spectrum at the detector location, a mathematical model was developed, and by modeling neutron spectra were obtained. These spectra were used to model the activation and transmutation processes taking place in the detector working layer.
