This paper presents the comparison of quantitative and qualitative indicators of upgrading feeding pumps of power-generating units №1 and №2 at PJSC "Kharkiv HPP-5." The undeniable advantages of upgrading the feed pumps have been achieved through the implementation of the frequency electrical control of the units capacity. The integrated effect (discounted net profit) has amounted to 21097.9 thousand UAH with an investment payback period of 1.57 years.5481
