The high-voltage electrical discharge action on the regularities of morphometric characteristics and powder mixture dispersion kinetics in kerosene is fixed by experiments and depends on the current rise velocity, pressure in the discharge channel, integral energy, and treatment time. The modes of obtaining the high-wearproof disperse-strengthened composite nanoparticles are exercised (and their base is the iron-carbon alloy system - titanium carbide (deboride)) by a technology of electrodischarge sintering in a vacuum with mechanical pressure 60 MPa. Mean hardness of composites based on the iron-carbon alloy system - titanium carbide reaches НУ 12.5 HPa, which is characteristic for hard alloys.
