Methods were tested on databases of the 20 largest banks in Ukraine . Also proposed the creation of Prudential Bureau of Ukraine , coordinating and advisory body that aims to predictions of crisis in the real, financial , banking , methods of prevention and mitigation of the crisis , the spread of information and acyclic pro-cyclical behavior.
