Methods of technological boules growing and fabrication of ultrathin plane plates oriented with high accuracy relatively crystallographic axes of coordinates of rectangular form with high level accuracy of testing surfaces plane are developed. The achieved level of optical quality of the samples volume and surfaces is enough for successful researches of ІR - spectrum by the Fourier-spectroscopy method.
