The object of study - reference - information systems and databases , regulatory - legal and regulatory documents for civil protection, technological and fire safety. The purpose of the work - the creation of reference - the knowledge base of normative - legal and regulatory instruments on civil protection, fire safety and man-made , which will allow us to obtain information on the appropriate direction . The novelty of the research is to create a search service industry level with access to full-text databases of regulations on civil protection, technological and fire safety. This will improve the efficiency of information management , shortening of the scientific - research and development - design work and improve the quality of their performance.
