Reasons for the research - STC " The commercial appeal of developments created during the State target scientific and technical program "Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials" monitoring " is performed under a contract of 07.19.2013 , № 12/ 07. Objective: the commercial appeal of developments created during the State target scientific and technical program "Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials" monitoring. As Ukraine's economy ranks low on competitiveness and development of high technology, there is an high necessity to stimulate innovation and wide propagation of information on advanced developments , especially in the field of nanotechnology. Nanotechnology around the world today are the driving force behind the global scientific progress in all spheres of life , without exception, and designed to solve the most problems that were previously not afford to solve : medicine - creating nanocontainres for aim delivery to the affected organs and nanoemitters to destroy malignant tumors; ecology - the stabilization of the ecological environment , by creating a cleaner production , agriculture - molecular robots that can produce food , electronics - quantum computers , energy - new types photoadsorbtion films, LEDs, artificial fuel , etc. . Therefore, the research topic is relevant. Research methods - methods of systematic and comparative analysis. Results and innovation - scientific innovation of the research results is that the STR team first developed a logistics approach to monitoring of the scientific development commercial attractiveness.
