A common approach to building strategies for players that allow ending the game in their favor was developed. The smooth optimization problems with constraints in the form of inequalities and approximating sequential quadratic programming methods for their solutions were explored. The methods of non-smooth penalties in nonlinear programming were developed. The global gradient, quasi Newton and Newton type methods for solving finite dimensional variational inequalities were proposed based on optimization approach.
