The possibility of growth ZnO nanowires with p- type conductivity by electrodeposition from an aqueous solution in the electrochemical cell with two electrodes It was demonstrated. First created vacuum gauge based on ZnO nanostructures with p- type conductivity . LEDs based on ZnO homojunction was made and studied their electro- optical characteristics It is established that the hybrid structure ITO/ZnO/P3HT: PCBM exhibit better luminescence quenching in a wide range of wavelengths than the structure ITO/P3HT: PCBM. It is established that the value of electro-optical coefficient of nanocomposite films based DEACC and TEACCB is much higher than bulk samples.
