The object of study - 30 patients with extensive burns more 10% of body surface. Object of researches: patients with burns; methods of researches: clinical, haematological, biochemical, immunological, statistical. complications of burn disease accompanied by an increase in general toxic manifestations of clinical disease . Intensity of endotoxemia decompensation natural resistance factors , the level of immune dysfunction in patients correlates with the severity of the clinical course of burn disease . The connection between the studied parameters and the severity of the desease. When comparing autologous cytolytic activity of blood serum and its fractions with values calculated traditional assessment methods endotoksikoza established presence of a reliable correlation between the studied parameters: LII - the level of the damaging effect of albumin fraction and fraction toxin molecules with 10 - 200nm ; (r = 0,34, p < 0.05) ; NII (r = 0,32, p < 0,05) HII (r = 0,27, p < 0.05) and the level of autoimmune reactions. Using II allows to predict the results of treatment , as well as the need for methods of detoxification therapy in patients with deep and extensive burns .
