The complexes of synthetical inhibitors with leucyl-tRNA synthetase (LeuRS) Mycobacterium tuberculosis and prolyl-tRNA synthetase (ProRS) Enterococcus faecalis were investigated. Based on the binding modes of three the most active compounds, obtained with molecular docking, we have built pharmacophore model which can be used for further search of inhibitors LeuRS M. tuberculosis. 72 analogs of the most perspective inhibitor of LeuRS M. tuberculosis were selected and tested. It was found two inhibitors with better activity against LeuRS M. tuberculosis. The method for crystallization of LeuRS and ProRS with synthetical inhibitors was proposed.5481
