As a result of implementation of the stage 2 researches of spectrum of thermoelectronic emission of carbon nanotubes at heating by a laser radiation with growing intensity are carry out. The spectrum is determined by annealing, degradation and destruction of nanostructures on the change of their work of exit, by the determined electronic structure. Work of exit with the increase of degree of degradation and destruction of multi-layered carbon nanotubes at the action of laser radiation increases approximately from 1-2 to 4,5 eV.
