The models of polytrauma and varying severity mechanical trauma, acute lung injury were developed. Based on their investigations it were clarify the peculiarities of blood cells apoptosis development and its correlation with indicators of cytolysis, lipid peroxidation, antioxidant defense and endogenous intoxication after 1 day post-traumatic period. It was established the particular issues, associated with the dynamics of early and late apoptosis of lung, heart and liver lymphocytes and trauma markers: pro-and anti-inflammatory cytokines, the products of lipid peroxidation, antioxidant defense, cytolysis and endogenous intoxication in the dynamics of acute trauma period, the period of early and late manifestation of traumatic disease. In response to varying severity trauma, it was determined a significant stimulation of early apoptosis and necrosis of liver macrophages, proportional to the trauma severity, which reached a maximum level on the 3rd day of investigation. Herewith, on the background of severe trauma, approximately 1/3 of liver macrophages are not functional in their state, either in state of early apoptosis or necrosis. Based on the studies of mitochondrial pathway of apoptosis initiation into the blood, bronchoalveolar washings and lung homogenate it was recognized the peculiarities of experimental acute lung injury development and obtained new data of the pathogenesis of acute lung injury in rats. It was shown, that clinical use of cell therapy for cranio-ortopedic trauma treatment leads to less traumatic disease manifestations, accompanied by lower levels of inflammatory markers on the 3rd day of post-traumatic period.
