It was investigated the metabolism of acetylcholine in adrenaline-damaged myocardium in male and female rats under the glibenclamide, an ATP-sensitive potassium channels blocker, and verapamil, calcium channel blocker usage. It was considered gender-dependent myocardial metabolism to be existed in the dynamics of experimental hyperthyroidism and sex differences of metabolic changes in the myocardium were studied in rats with experimental hypothyroidism caused by honadectomy, which were under hormone replacement therapy. The peculiarities of structural changes in the periodontal mucosae membrane were determined in female rats after honadectomy, which were under replacement therapy. The features of apoptosis in liver macrophages under the influence of varying severity mechanical trauma in rats were obtained. It was shown the dynamic of products of lipid peroxidation levels in rat's liver during period of late manifestations of traumatic disease and its correction by tiotriasolin. The changes of bone mineral density and calcium metabolism on the background of polytrauma in animals with hypokinetic osteoporosis were studied. The peculiarities of L-ornithine and L-arginine amino acids influence on the state of pro-and antioxidant systems in the liver and blood in rats with acute toxic hepatitis were determined. The changes of lipid metabolism in rats with acute pancreatitis and during the administration of dietary supplements "Alpha + Omega" were studied. The comparative effectiveness of perytoneal dialysis and enteral oxygen therapy in the treatment of experimental pancreatic necrosis was investigated. The influence of L-arginine on biochemical processes in the myocardium of both sexes rats with streptozotocin-induced diabetes was find out. Gender-depended changes of heart autonomic regulation and cholinergic receptors sensitivity in rats with diabetes were established. The features of both sexes rats cardiointervalohrams during the development of necrotic process in the myocardium against nitric oxide modulators activity were recognized. The problem of optimal control in pathological formations growth models, based on the Richard" dynamics was decided and mathematical models of tumor growth, based on the Gomperz" dynamics were designed. The antioxidant-prooxidant balance features in small intestine wall were studied the in dynamics of cranio-ortopedic trauma. The pathogenetic peculiarities of lipid peroxidation, cytolysis and immune responses in animals with chronic hepatitis on the background of polytrauma were established. The dynamics of body mass index after varying severity mechanical trauma on the background of chronic intoxication with copper salts and zinc were recognized. The structural and functional changes in the liver during the syndrome of acute lung injury were found out. The functions of bile production and excretion in the early period of polytrauma in animals with different liver metabolize ability were studied.
