The subject of research: social and educational conditions of preventive education of children and youth, educational technology system design preventive education of children and youth in the new sociocultural reality.The methods: theoretical ( analysis of scientific sources, including sociological, philosophical, psychological and educational literature, teaching experience, comparison, classification, compilation), empirical (targeted teacher observations, interviews with teaching staff of secondary schools, questionnaires, pedagogical experiment-pilot, konstatuvalnyy, forming ), methods of mathematical statistics. novelty of the work: the first defines the essence of the concept of "preventive educational environment", the pedagogical conditions of the preventive educational environment of an educational institution; refined structure formation preventive educational space an educational institution in the new sociocultural reality, criteria, indicators and levels of development of responsible behavior, further development of diagnostic and prognostic acquired and rehabilitative technologies, forms and methods of education students, education and prevention programs for the implementation of interactive training sessions with students, teachers, parents to be applied in a preventive educational environment. Degree of implementation: results of the research appear in the published interim results of the study - the materials, sections learning and teaching manuals, articles, materials of scientific conferences.
