Object of study is a control of interaction maritime industry of Ukraine and production - transportation systems. Objective is working out the methods and the models for improving the management and analysis of fleet, ports and other enterprises of national and world economies interaction. The paper reflected a decision on the construction and analysis of mathematical economic models of the investment system optimization in the national economy and transport sector. It is installed the expediency of establishing the customs union in the international economic system and the factors that determine the value of optimal customs tariffs.It is proposed the comparative analysis of horizontal and vertical mergers of firms in an extended Cournot oligopoly model. The urgent measures aimed at developing transport corridor Black Sea - Baltic are Considered. We study the question of predicting the work of transport companies in nonlinear modeling. It was proposed the new direction of training the specialists in "Governance sea activities." The classification of economic indicators are considered. The economic and mathematical model for evaluating and analyzing the economic potential of ports was researched. In paper there are the recommendations of measures to improve the financial situation and streamline financial management company.
