Properties of magnetic dipole excitations, influence of nuclear pairing on location of weight center and behaviour of full force of the M1-resonance in nucleus of sd-shell are resulted. M1-resonance on basic and excited states of 23Na, 27Al, 31P, 35,37Cl nucleus is identified and location of their weight center is specified. M1-resonance in 39K is identified for the first time. Full force of the M1-resonance in odd nucleus was determined. This force agree with rule of Kurath sum.
