The method of additional functions, including density functions of the measure, has been developed to describe properties of limit sets of trajectories of nonlinear dynamical systems with unstable singular points. The method of invariant relations is generalized to systems of differential equations with the time-varying right hand side. Conditions for the existence of uniform rotations are obtained and invariant manifolds for nonautonomous equations of motion of a heavy gyrostat are constructed.
