Description

High yield strains of valuable edible and medicinal mushrooms Ganoderma applanatum, Flammulina velutipes, Hericium erinaceum. Were selected in results of this investigation. The influence of ecological factors on vegetative growth of mycelia, fructification and biosynthetical activity was researched. Optimal parameters for cultivation of mushrooms our plant substrates - wastes of agricultural and forest economy, food industry were determinated. The examination of cultivation biotechnology of selected strains in mushroom farms of Ukraine and Belarus was conducted.
