An information analysis techniques of fracture characteristics of thin-walled shells with tvelnyh zirconium alloys that are used in various laboratories around the world. Developed two methods of determination of the fracture toughness of thin-walled tubes of zirconium tvelnyh materials. The first method uses internal pressure to load the shell cartridges with specially created sharp notch, and the start of crack motion recorded by acoustic emission. The second method uses the noncentral extension for loading sample shell cartridges, which created two sharp notches and cracks start time recorded specially developed strain gauges crack. Studies on the justification for the use of experimental and computational procedures for determining fracture tvelnyh membranes.Designed and manufactured accessories for a test stand for testing devices for making sharp cuts on the surface of samples with tvelnyh pipes and registration initiated movement cracks.Using the developed techniques conducted comparative tests fracture characteristics of thin-walled tubes tvelnyh Ukrainian production.
