The possibilities of surface treatment reactor zirconium alloys by laser irradiation have been investigated. Laser irradiation allows the variations of technological factors and processing conditions cooling samples to adjust the relative content of nanocrystalline intermetallic phases in the surface layers of alloys, the degree of crystallinity of these phases and relief. Recorded that laser pulse irradiation of zirconium alloys leads to the formation of amorphous phases and a significant decrease in the concentration of inclusions of intermetallic compounds in the surface layer. The experimental technology for nano-oxides, based on termodestruction of salts. These oxides powders have h a particle size of about 30 nm . Eequipment and technology for high-temperature consolidation of nanosized ceramic powders are created. Technology and ceramic products from nano-zirconia implemented at two plants. Designed and manufactured equipment for the desired output of steel structure, fabrication of these powders, mechanical alloying powders of nanoparticles of oxides and compacting powders in bulk products.  Spent experimental technology for 08H18N10T tapes, reinforced oxide nanoparticles. Technology has greatly enhanced strength characteristics 08H18N10T (limit of proportionality at room temperature and temperature 700oC increased by 50%) while maintaining a sufficiently high plasticity (over 10%). This greatly enhances the use of steel in current and future nuclear reactors.
